Primary Care Opportunity in Topeka, KS making upwards to $270k + Bonus
Primary Care/ Family Physician Topeka, KSCOMPENSATION: $240,000-275,000 Plus 10% bonusWe are looking for a full-time relationship-centered family Primary Care Physician to add to our team at our near-site employer-sponsored primary care clinic Topeka, KS.We provide high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions. We focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships. We seek providers who are passionate about providing full-spectrum primary care resulting in top-notch clinical quality, outstanding service, and increased overall health outcomes.Role:Compensation: $240-$270k + Bonus, up to 10% of base salaryLocation: Topeka, KSPosition: Primary Care PhysicianFull primary care acute, physicals, chronic disease management and coaching, well womens visitsWill collaborate with one new NPNo occupational medicineClinic back up support staff: 3-NPs, 4-MAs, Labs on siteDispensary on siteHours: Mon. 7-4, Tues. 9-6, Wed. 7-4, Thurs. 9-6, Fri. 7-4No CallPatient Volume: 10-12 a dayAnnual visits 60 min follow up visits 30 minPatient demographics: 50/50 Men/Women. 10% or less children starting age 2Client: State of KansasBenefits:Health, Dental, Vision, Wellness program (both spouse or domestic partner)PTO 5 weeks 401k match 100% of your contribution up to 3%; plus match the next 2% of your contribution at 50% up to 5% with a 3-year vesting scheduleCME for PCP 5 days and $3,000Maternity & Paternity leave: Ambassadors who give birth receive 6 weeks of full pay and benefits.
