Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baltimore, MD, for a Store Manager Trainee. The Store Manager Trainee will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the store, including overseeing customer service, managing store inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and retail loss prevention protocols. This role involves building strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and supporting the management team in meeting sales and operational goals. A focus on maintaining a positive store environment is key to this position.
