Summary/Objective
We're seeking an experienced, high-caliber Sales Assistant to support the owner/CEO of three companies. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional capable of managing complex schedules, facilitating communication, and handling diverse tasks across multiple businesses.
Essential Functions
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate meetings, prepare briefings, take thorough meeting notes and handle follow-ups
Liaise with stakeholders across all three companies
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
Manage projects and conduct research as required
Sales Support
Create sales presentations and pitch decks
Manage sales pipelines and forecasts
Prepare and update sales reports
Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Schedule and coordinate client meetings and calls
Assist with client onboarding processes
Coordinate travel arrangements for sales team
Requirements
Proven experience as an assistant to senior executives
Strong background in sales support
Proficiency in HubSpot, Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
Experience with sales analytics tools
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Proactive problem-solving approach
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Education and Experience
Previous experience as a sales coordinator or sales operations specialist
Demonstrated track record of supporting high-performing sales teams
Certifications in relevant sales or CRM software (HubSpot preferred)
Proven ability to handle confidential sales information
