Office Assistant

Job Overview: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about office management and has experience in a receptionist setting. Responsibilities: - Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing our phone systems. - Assist with reception duties, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate staff member. - Perform office management tasks, including maintaining an organized and tidy office environment, and managing supplies. - Utilize Microsoft Suite to create and edit documents, and spreadsheets. - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Support the office with personal assistant tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. - Perform other administrative tasks as required. Experience: - 2 years experience as an office assistant or in a related role is highly desirable. - Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. - Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required. -Experience in Housecall Pro or Service Titan is highly desirable. - Ability to type quickly and accurately is required. - Familiarity with office management and customer support principles is beneficial.
