Refrigeration service technician
Overview: Residential HVAC Service Tech – Join Our Annapolis Growing Team! Boothe's Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical is growing , and we're looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our talented team. If you love diagnosing HVAC issues, providing customers with solutions, and working in a fast-paced, positive environment, this is the role for you. As a Service Tech, you'll run your own truck, mentor apprentices, and help us deliver 100% customer satisfaction every day. Competitive Pay: $18 – $35/hour plus performance bonuses (based on experience) Fully stocked, fuel card provided Generous Time Off: 2 weeks PTO + 7 paid holidays (including your birthday!) Flexible Schedule: 4/10 workweek option = 48 extra days off per year Comprehensive Benefits: 50% company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement: 401(k) with company match Continuous paid training & professional development Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems Educate customers on system performance, maintenance needs, and upgrade options Generate accurate quotes, process payments, and document all work performed Maintain proper truck inventory and communicate with dispatch and parts department Mentor HVAC apprentices and support their growth Participate in on-call rotation as needed Keep a clean, professional appearance and deliver a 5-star customer experience Complete all work to meet or exceed local, state, and national codes Experience: 3+ years in HVAC maintenance, diagnosis, and repair (must have run your own truck) Certification: EPA Universal license required (we can help you get it if needed) Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently Customer Service: Bonus: Experience with Service Titan is a plus!
