Construction SuperintendentFederal Construction | Southern CaliforniaWe are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead large-scale federal construction projects throughout Southern CaliforniaThis position is ideal for a Superintendent with experience on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects who enjoys managing complex builds, leading field teams, and working directly with clients to deliver successful projects.What You'llOversee all day-to-day field operations from project startup through completionCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholdersMaintain project schedules and ensure work is completed safely and efficientlyDrive quality control efforts and ensure compliance with contract documents and project specificationsLead site safety initiatives and enforce OSHA standardsPrepare daily reports and communicate project progress to ownership and project managementIdentify and proactively address project risks and field challengesFoster strong working relationships with clients, trade partners, and project teamsWhat We're LookingFor 10+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial, industrial, federal, or aerospace constructionDirect experience working on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projectsExperience managing projects valued at $20M+Working knowledge of RMS (Resident Management System) preferredStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate subcontractors and field personnelExperience coordinating MEP tradesKnowledge of construction safety practices, quality control procedures, and building codesExcellent communication, documentation, and organizational skillsOSHA 30 certification requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive base salaryPer DiemLong-term project pipelineOpportunity to work on high-profile federal and aerospace construction projectsIf you have a background in USACE construction and are looking to join a team delivering complex, high-impact projects, we'd like to hear from you.
