We are looking for someone with the ability to communicate professionally with patience, empathy, and passion. The CSR's primary responsibility will act as a liaison, providing product and services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.The Customer Service Representative performs a variety of duties, including: Managing incoming calls to identify, assess and meet customer needsGenerating sales leads Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas Maintaining accurate records of customer interactionsFollowing department procedures, guidelines, and policies Qualifications & Abilities: Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative Strong phone contact handling, communication and active listening skillsSolid computer/typing skills, familiarity with MS OfficeA heart to serve a variety of personalities and (potentially difficult) circumstancesAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Willingness to go the extra mile when engaging customersWork Environment & Physical Requirements: The work environment is a fun and fast-paced office environment, which requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time.
