We’re seeking a motivated PTA to serve as a Community Liaison for our growing East Side home health agency. This unique role is perfect for a clinician who wants to blend therapy expertise with community outreach and relationship building.What You’ll Do:Represent our agency throughout the East Side, building partnerships with physicians, senior living communities, hospitals, and referral sources. Educate healthcare professionals, patients, and families about our home health services. Serve as a knowledgeable clinical resource to referral partners by explaining therapy programs and answering questions. Support the agency’s mission to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients in their homes. What We’re Looking For:Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Michigan. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to balance clinical knowledge with relationship development. Self-motivated, professional, and confident engaging with healthcare providers and the public. Prior experience in home health or outreach preferred, but not required.
