The environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, and highly operational, supporting repair and overhaul services that are critical to aircraft performance and safety.In this Aftermarket Materials Supervisor role, you'll lead a team responsible for ensuring materials are available to support repair timelines and inventory targets. You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by managing inventory, resolving shortages, and partnering across departments to meet customer commitments.This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability, strong benefits, and opportunities for growth within a well-established organization.Aftermarket Materials Supervisor Duties:Supervise a team of planners and receiving staff to ensure material availability for repair and spares operationsManage inventory levels, shortages, and material flow to support repair turnaround timelinesRun and analyze reports related to forecasting, inventory, and performance metricsPartner with supply chain, production, and operations teams to resolve material issuesLead daily team meetings and monitor key performance indicators related to inventory and turnaround performanceSchedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (flexibility to start earlier)Pay:$110,000 – $135,000 per yearAnnual bonus potentialAftermarket Materials Supervisor Requirements:3–5+ years of materials planning and inventory management experience in a manufacturing environment2+ years of supervisory experience managing a team of 3 or more employeesExperience using ERP systems for inventory, planning, and order managementExcel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPsExperience working in a regulated environment such as aerospace, automotive, or similar (ITAR or EAR exposure)This position requires access to export-controlled information.
