What You Will Do:
As a Customer Returns Administrator , you are the heartbeat of our repair and upgrade lifecycle. You aren’t just processing paperwork; you are the primary advocate for our customers and the strategic liaison for our shop floor. You will navigate a dynamic environment where your expertise in order management, export compliance, and technical quoting ensures our customers receive world-class service.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will use your sharp judgment to solve complex logistical puzzles, negotiate timelines, and bridge the gap between technical teardowns and customer expectations. If you thrive in a role where precision meets relationship-building, you will excel here.
Primary Responsibilities:
Gatekeeper of Compliance: Audit incoming documentation and purchase orders to ensure flawless regulatory and export compliance.
Technical Translator: Review technician teardown reports to determine warranty status and translate complex repairs into professional customer quotes.
Strategic Liaison: Act as the vital link between customers and internal departments (Planning, Tech, and Shipping) to resolve bottlenecks and expedite orders.
Order Architect: Manage the full lifecycle of order entry with a "first-time right" mentality to ensure data integrity.
Problem Solver: Interpret contractual requirements and lead the charge in resolving order discrepancies or scheduling conflicts.
Brand Ambassador: Compose high-level correspondence and maintain professional composure while managing customer expectations under pressure.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in data gathering and special projects that evolve our internal administrative processes.
Preferred Education:
Requires high school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
Preferred Experience:
A minimum of two years of demonstrated success in a high-volume Customer Service or Account Management role.
Direct experience with FAA Part 145 repair administration .
Previous experience in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing environments.

Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in ERP systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent use of personal computers, database and digital platforms, and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machines and computer printers.
Frequently uses hands, fingers, and arms to reach, handle, touch or feel equipment, materials, and computer.
The person in this position needs to frequently move inside the office.
Frequent close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment (As Applicable for Production Roles):

Day Shift, Monday – Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm
Occasionally it is required to work outside normal hours, including weekends in order to meet the customer’s Turnaround Time.
Pay Range
Please note the typical hiring range is $29.01-$39.25.
