In this role, you’ll support valued members while learning directly from some of the most respected former Wall Street brokers in the industry.This isn’t your typical customer service job; it’s the starting point of a dynamic career in a fast-moving, finance-focused environment where no two days are ever the same.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound phone calls with subscribers, delivering a responsive, high-quality experienceManage escalated customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.Provide clear, accurate information about our publications, services, and account options.Track and document customer interactions to identify patterns and share actionable insights.Collaborate with editors, marketing, and product teams to stay informed on new offerings and evolving customer needs.Contribute to the customer knowledge base by documenting common issues and solutions.Support and mentor Tier I specialists by modeling best practices in communication and problem-solving.Qualifications1–2 years of experience in customer service or technical supportExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to stay composed under pressure.The drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working both independently and collaboratively.Eagerness to learn, grow, and be coached.Compensation Range – $47,000 - $52,000 USDLocation(s) & Work Arrangement – Mount Vernon, Baltimore / HybridWho are we?The Agora Companies serves 10+ affiliated publishing groups worldwide.
