🚨 Hiring: Client Billing Associate | NYC (Hybrid) 🚨We are actively hiring for a Client Billing Associate opportunity with a leading Asset Management firm based in NYC.📍 Location: New York City (Hybrid)🕒 Duration: 4–6 Months Contract (Potential Extension / Conversion to FTE)🎯 Experience: 2–6 Years🔹 Key Requirements:✔ Prior Asset Management / Financial Services experience✔ Direct Management Fee Billing experience (NOT AP background)✔ Experience with client billing operations & reconciliations✔ Strong Excel skills and attention to detail✔ Exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc. is a big plus🔹 Responsibilities:• Process client account setups, closures, and maintenance• Apply payments and monitor receivables• Support quarterly investment advisory billing• Handle reconciliations, invoice distribution, and reporting• Assist with ad-hoc projects and system testing initiatives🎓 Preferred Background:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
