Role Description:This is a full-time (or part-time) on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area.We’re looking for someone who is motivated, personable, and excited to grow in the real estate industry. This role involves supporting clients through every step of buying and selling homes, from initial consultation to closing. You’ll assist with listing properties, coordinating showings, preparing contracts and documents, and helping develop creative marketing strategies to attract buyers and sellers.You’ll also stay plugged into local market trends, build strong relationships with clients and other agents, and play an active role in client acquisition and property transactions.Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is teachable, eager to learn, and willing to be coached—someone who wants to build a strong foundation in real estate and grow their skills over time in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Qualifications:Strong communication, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and partners.Proficiency with technology tools and online platforms, such as MLS, Zillow, and CRM systems is a plus, not a must. Highly organized, detail-oriented individual with the ability to multitask and meet deadlinesValid Real Estate License in Georgia (or ability and willingness to obtain one)NO Experience in residential real estate transactions.
