The product combines corporate cards, banking, bill pay, and spend management into a single system, with a longer-term vision of automating financial operations through intelligent tooling.The company is well-funded and scaling rapidly as it builds out its go-to-market team.The RoleThis is a high-activity, commercially driven role focused on engaging existing customers and driving expansion.You’ll operate similarly to an SDR, but instead of cold outbound, you’ll be working with warm accounts, calling current customers, booking demos, and introducing new products.This role is heavily execution-focused and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.What You’ll DoConduct high-volume outbound calls to existing customersBook demos for additional products and featuresDrive cross-sell opportunities across the customer baseRe-engage low-activity or dormant accountsMaintain a consistent pipeline of expansion opportunitiesWork closely with internal teams to convert opportunities into revenueWhat We’re Looking For2–5+ years of experience in SDR, AE, or similar sales rolesProven track record hitting activity and performance targets (calls, meetings, pipeline)Strong communication and objection-handling skillsComfortable with high-volume outreach and daily call targetsExperience in a startup or high-growth environment preferredHighly driven, resilient, and results-orientedNice to HaveExperience selling into SMBsFintech or B2B SaaS exposureBackground in high-performance sales environmentsCompensationBase salary: $140k–$160kPerformance bonus: up to 25–50% of baseEquity upside based on performance
