Inside Sales Representative

JOB TITLE: Inside SalesDEPARTMENT: Residential ServiceHOURS: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. This position is on-siteDESCRIPTION: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing incoming leads, sold leads, establishing and maintaining client relationships. Become part of the growing Southport team with continual professional development, coaching and education!DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Generate appointments and sales for Southport Home Services products & services by converting inbound inquires to sales, and making multiple outbound callsEstablish and maintain excellent customer relationshipsPerform accurate and efficient data entry in our systemsAnswer incoming sales calls and assist clients with scheduling appointments and other inquirersMakes sales recommendations for products and/or servicesProvide weekly reports on progress to the Sales ManagerPerform follow-up calls with existing customers and outstanding estimatesBuild relationships with clients and convert inbound leadsParticipate in lead generating company events and home showsSet high personal goals to achieve success in this role by being ambitious and motivatedPerform all other duties assigned to this roleQUALIFICATIONS:Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Sales or equivalent preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience selling services to consumers by phone preferredProfessional phone etiquetteAbility to learn and communicate heating and cooling products and services. (HVAC or plumbing experience not required)Organized with attention to detail and goal-orientedAbility to work independently and with a team
