Your expertise will help us develop a steady customer base, and your proactive approach will see you making impactful in-person sales calls.Roles And ResponsibilitiesPlans territory/account approach and manages own resourcesAssists in training new team membersAssists in creating account development plansPerforms inventory management for customer-specific materialCommunicates with operations team and may serve as a production meeting representativeOccasional face-to-face customer interaction and moderate authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service termsAll other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without noticeRequirementsHigh School diploma required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred3-5 years prior sales or industry experience preferredSolid understanding of product offerings, ERP systems, and markets servedGeneral understanding of metal processes and productsProficient in MS OfficeMinimal travel required. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected with advance noticeSalary: $56,069.99 - $84,104.99 annually.
