We're currently offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for all Full-time RNs. Hourly salary of $48/hour. We offer a $4 shift differential for evenings and $3 shift differential for nights. Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Full-time Mental Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Pinckneyville Correctional Center in Pinckneyville, Illinois. The Mental Health Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing nursing care to incarcerated patients, including conducting health assessments, administering medications and treatments, providing patient education, documenting care, and coordinating with other members of the interdisciplinary team. The RN works closely with doctors, behavioral health professionals, and correctional staff to ensure patients have access to quality healthcare services while incarcerated, participating in and leading group classes for incarcerated patients as needed.
