This role focuses on advanced manufacturing technologies within the aerospace domain, providing end-to-end technological solutions across production processesIn this role you willFull responsibility for the CNC engineering domain at Cyclone, with an emphasis on aerospace technologiesDesign and planning of manufacturing processes for metal machining and composite materialsDevelopment of technological processes, including tooling, fixtures, dedicated equipment, and measurement solutionsCNC programming, including preparation of CNC programs and support for measurement processes on CNC machinesFacilitation of New Product Introduction (NPI) - transferring products from development to productionOngoing production support and backup, including troubleshooting and providing solutions throughout the product lifecyclePreparation of cost estimations for new projects to support quotation processesAct as a technical authority for approving production deviations and supporting engineering approval processesMaintain strong cross-functional collaboration with all departments within the organizationRequirementsB.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering - advantageMinimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing technology and machining processesProven knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies in metal industries - mandatoryExperience with composite materials - advantageExperience in metal production, machining, metrology, robotics, coatings, heat treatment, automation, and technical report writing - advantageFull proficiency in computer systems and CAD/CAM softwareExperience with CATIA - advantageExperience in writing technical specificationsHands-on experience with CNC machines - mandatoryKnowledge of Siemens 840D controller - mandatoryAbility to work under pressure and excellent interpersonal skills - mandatory* LanguagesHebrew - high proficiencyEnglish (technical) - mandatoryOnly relevant applications will be answered#Karmiel
