Our comprehensive offering includes: affordable medical, dental, and vision care; flexible spending accounts; life insurance; 401k with company match and much, much more.Job responsibilities include:Assembling cardboard boxes and crates or selecting and preparing returnable containers as required for the parts to be packaged.Packaging parts as required by part number, count, and any special instructions according to the part number, and packaging work order.Verifying and keeping records of parts packaged, going to the warehouse (finished goods).Making and affixing labels and any other identifying information that may be required on packaged containers.Placing packaged parts onto pallets according to requirements and/or filling pallets to proper amounts by container size.Being available to work shift overtime hours as assigned per customer requirements.Paying attention to details related to customer specific requirements.Inspecting materials, products, and containers at each step of the packaging process.Having authority to stop production for related quality or machine issues. Must notify onsite supervisor.Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following 5S, safety, and environmental standards.Supporting safety functions by actively participating in safety training, safety meetings, and following safety protocols.Being responsible for the quality of the part produced per the operator instructions.Knowing, understanding, utilizing, and following IATF 16949 and/or ISO 14001 procedures.Supporting continual improvement initiatives and looking for continuous improvement ideas.Supporting and exemplifying corporate values and commitment to quality, optimism, ownership, teamwork, and communication.Performing other duties as assigned.If you enjoy innovation, and an opportunity to learn and contribute to a growing organization, CSP is the place for you!
