We're looking for a hands‐on, analytically minded Logistics & Procurement Manager who will act as the control tower for our inbound supply chain , owning the full lifecycle from purchase order to dock.This is a hybrid role by design: part strategist, part executor. You'll plan intelligently, move decisively, and bring clarity to complexity—ensuring we buy the right things, at the right time, and get them here efficiently.What You'll OwnCoordinate all inbound transportation (Ocean, Air, OTR), selecting optimal routes and partnersNegotiate freight rates and manage relationships with forwarders and brokersOversee import documentation, customs compliance, and HTS classificationsPartner with warehouse teams to schedule deliveries and resolve discrepancies quicklyMonitor inbound freight charges and investigate cost variances to control landed costsAudit outbound shipping invoices to ensure accuracy and investigate anomaliesServe as the primary day‐to‐day contact for domestic and international suppliersMonitor supplier performance, including OTIF delivery and quality standardsProactively identify and resolve supply chain disruptions, including expedited or alternative sourcing when neededExecute end‐to‐end PO management, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery timelinesActively manage inventory health—balancing availability with carrying costs and obsolescence riskLiaise with Accounts Payable on invoice disputes (unit pricing, quantity) to avoid late payment of suppliersWhat You BringExperience & Education3–5+ years in logistics and supply chain or procurement rolesBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (preferred)Technical & Functional SkillsAdvanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP required)Experience with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred)Working knowledge of Incoterms (FOB, EXW, DDP), HTS codes, and international shippingHow You WorkHighly organized, detail‐oriented, and comfortable owning complex workflows.Confident negotiator with strong vendor communication skills.Thrives in fast‐paced, evolving environments with a healthy tolerance for ambiguity.Solutions‐oriented mindset with a bias toward actionWhy This Role MattersReal ownership and visibility across a growing global supply chainA company mission rooted in science, health, and long‐term impactThe opportunity to shape scalable processes—not just maintain themA collaborative, pragmatic operations team that values clarity and accountabilityWho Thrives HereYou'll thrive at L-Nutra if you are proactive, detail‐driven, and take pride in being a reliable partner to the business.
