This role is not for someone who wants to “manage” ; it’s for someone who wants to build, scale, and dominate markets.About Rotech PumpsRotech Pumps is an ISO 9001 :2015 certified global pump manufacturer with operations across North America, USA, and India, delivering high-quality and cost-effective pumping solutions worldwide.Our product portfolio includes:ANSI Process Pumps (Goulds 3196 & Durco Mark 3 equivalents)Self-Priming Trash Pumps (2” to 12”)End Suction & Split Case PumpsVertical Sump & Multistage PumpsHot Oil Pumps, Chemical Process Pumps, and Custom Engineered SolutionsWith strong in-house engineering, casting, and manufacturing capabilities, Rotech is focused on delivering reliable, high-performance pumps that compete with global brands while offering flexibility, faster delivery, and competitive pricing.We are building a robust distribution and service network across the USA, making this the right time to join and grow with us.🔧 What You Will DoBuild and execute a national sales strategy across the USAHire and lead Regional Sales Managers & Business Development teamsDevelop and expand distributor and channel partner networkDrive OEM, EPC, and end-user sales growthLead vendor approvals (AML) and large project penetrationNegotiate high-value contracts and strategic partnershipsTrack performance, enforce accountability, and deliver resultsWork closely with marketing on lead generation & positioning🎯 What We’re Looking For10+ years experience in industrial pumps / rotating equipment salesProven track record in building and scaling sales teams nationally working as National Sales Manager Strong network in distributors, EPCs, and industrial end usersDeep understanding of ANSI pumps B73.1, Self priming Trash pumps, End suction centrifugal pumps, Split Case pumps , vertical pumps etc..
