DevOps LeadWayne, NJ (Onsite) Long term Contract10–12+ YearsW2 onlyUSC & GC only We are seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will lead DevOps initiatives, drive automation, establish CI/CD best practices, and mentor engineering teams to improve software delivery and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the DevOps team in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and release automation.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Manage containerization and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.
Monitor system performance, reliability, and security using observability tools.
Collaborate with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to improve deployment efficiency.
Implement DevSecOps practices, security controls, and compliance standards.
Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis.
Establish best practices for cloud governance, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity.
Mentor junior DevOps engineers and provide technical leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, or Terraform certifications.
Experience leading DevOps teams in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience supporting mission-critical production systems.
