Our Development program is tailored for Mining, Mechanical & Metallurgical engineers who will be able to choose between two career paths: Operational Leadership and Technical Leadership.About the role:Rotational program to gain diverse experience in Supervision, Technical, and Maintenance activities on site.Maintenance rotation - Will gain experience to supervise maintenance crews at the Pit, Concentrator, and SXEW facilitiesPlanner rotation - Will gain experience to execute Maintenance planning activities at the Pit, Concentrator, and SXEW facilitiesTechnical rotation - Will gain experience to lead their own engineering/construction projectUtilization of CAD SoftwareCollaboration with Project Managers for proper allocation and tracking of resourcesOther duties as assignedExperience Required: No previous experience is requiredA core value of ASARCO LLC is "Safety First."
