Big Picture Consulting is partnering with Automotive Parts Solutions, Inc. (APS) to identify top talent for this role. This position is a direct hire opportunity with APS.THE ROLEAPS is looking for a Fulfillment Director to lead and strengthen their fulfillment operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on building systems, developing people, and driving operational excellence. You'll oversee a team of 15 — including four supervisors who report directly to you — and will have meaningful authority to identify inefficiencies, design solutions, and implement change.This is not a role that requires deep expertise in automotive parts. What it does require is strong management instincts, a systems-oriented mindset, and the kind of leadership presence that earns trust quickly and sustains it over time.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead, coach, and develop four direct-report supervisors and their respective teams (15 total), creating a culture of accountability, growth, and high performanceAssess current fulfillment workflows and identify opportunities for systemic improvement; design and implement changes with urgency and precisionEstablish and track key performance indicators for fulfillment operations, using data to drive decisions and communicate progress to senior leadershipPartner cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of parts and a positive customer experienceModel and reinforce APS's culture of development — investing in team members' professional growth through coaching, feedback, and learning opportunitiesManage day-to-day operational challenges with composure, escalating appropriately while maintaining team stability and momentumIDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILEAPS is open to candidates from a variety of industries.
