ERP Implementation Consultant Location: Saint Clair, PA (Onsite) Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (flexibility available) Employment Type: Full-TimeOverview We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP Implementation Consultant to support planning, production, and inventory processes within a manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate work orders, resolving material discrepancies, supporting production planning activities, and ensuring data integrity within ERP/MRP systems. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, experience working with ERP/MRP platforms, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational efficiency, on-time delivery, and inventory accuracy.Key Responsibilities Reconcile and close completed work orders by resolving material discrepancies such as missed picks, material variances, double-stocked items, and missing signoffsPartner cross-functionally to research and resolve work order issues and material variancesMaintain work orders by correcting financial variances and ensuring accurate, timely closureMonitor nonconforming parts to ensure proper entry into the Quality Warehouse within the ERP system and coordinate corrections as neededServe as a backup to the Planning team by releasing work orders to the production floor when requiredSupport the unconfirmed sales order process by reviewing material availability and capacity requirements and entering confirmation datesTrack work in process (WIP) and proactively communicate risks to on-time delivery to planners and supervisorsMonitor and maintain material movement documentation to ensure accuracyIdentify and track excess and obsolete inventory, partnering cross-functionally to support inventory reduction initiativesMaintain effective communication with internal departments and managementSupport company safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiativesRequired Skills & Qualifications Associate's degree or two-year degree from an accredited community college plus a minimum of two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience supporting planning or purchasing activities, including data entry within ERP/MRP systemsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalProven problem-solving, facilitation, and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail with strong administrative and documentation abilitiesAbility to work independently while collaborating across departmentsRegular, on-site attendance requiredAdditional Skills & Competencies Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, technical procedures, and regulatory requirementsAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentationComfortable presenting information to internal teams and stakeholdersAbility to perform basic mathematical calculationsStrong reasoning skills with the ability to solve practical problems in dynamic environmentsPreferred Qualifications Experience with ERP/MRP systems (manufacturing environment preferred)Familiarity with 5S, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies (a plus, not required)Work Environment Onsite position in Saint Clair, PAMonday–Friday day shift with flexibilityJob Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Saint Clair, PA.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
