Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Agent Developer Intern at CallSphere LLC. The selected candidate will develop, test, and improve AI-powered voice and chat agent workflows. Responsibilities include writing scripts, configuring conversational flows, identifying user needs through data analysis, performing quality assurance checks, collaborating with engineers/designers, and troubleshooting agent behavior to ensure optimal performance. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain hands-on experience in conversational AI. Qualifications Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScriptFamiliarity with AI concepts, frameworks, and natural language processing (NLP) technologiesExperience with chatbots, voice agents, or dialog flow creationStrong data analysis and debugging skillsEffective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teamsAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines remotelyPursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience with cloud platforms and REST APIs is a plusCuriosity and passion for conversational AI and cutting-edge technology
