In this role, you’ll lead a team of schedulers and coordinators while partnering cross-functionally to drive operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery performance.Location: Durham, NCSchedule: OnsitePay & Benefits: Competitive compensation + full benefits package + career growth opportunitiesWhat You’ll DoLead daily scheduling, sequencing, and material flow operations for finishing and packaging productionExecute detailed production schedules aligned to customer demand and operational capacityManage and develop Production Schedulers, Coordinators, and Production Support staffMonitor inventory accuracy, material availability, and production workflow efficiencyPartner with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Production Control, and Client Services teams to support operationsAnalyze operational performance and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and consistencyCommunicate schedule updates, operational constraints, and recovery plans to stakeholdersDrive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across finishing operationsSupport compliance with safety, quality, and security standardsWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials management within manufacturing2+ years of leadership experience managing schedulers, planners, or operations teamsExperience with ERP/MRP systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)Strong understanding of inventory control and production scheduling processesExcellent communication, organizational, and analytical skillsLean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience preferredAPICS/ASCM certification is a plusWhy Join MPG?Millennium Print Group, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, is the largest trading card printer in the world.
