ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical engineering analyses across power systems, power electronics, renewable energy, battery systems, and safety domainsApply deep electrical engineering expertise to diagnose failures and improve product performance and safetyDesign and execute testing and analysis programs in lab and field settingsCommunicate technical findings through reports, proposals, and client presentations
Key requirementsPh.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Power and Energy Engineering, Physics, or related disciplineHands-on experience with electrical systems and equipment, power and energy systems, electronics hardware, or software developmentExperience designing and executing laboratory testing with electrical test equipment (oscilloscopes, function generators, multimeters, soldering tools)Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C/C++, or MATLAB)Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong collaboration in multidisciplinary teamsProblem-solving and analytical thinkingPower systemsPower electronicsControl systems
