Provide outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming environment and ensuring client comfort throughout their sessions. Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and client progress while adhering to medical terminology standards. Collaborate with other health professionals to support occupational health initiatives and improve patient outcomes. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance your skills and service offerings. Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist OR Limited License with valid state certification from a certified massage school. Strong understanding of pain management techniques and their application in therapeutic settings. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to effectively communicate with clients and healthcare providers.
