The Bankruptcy Attorney will handle a caseload focused on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases, working closely with debtors and creditors to provide legal guidance throughout the bankruptcy process. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing and filing motions, representing clients in court, and negotiating resolutions in alignment with applicable bankruptcy laws. The role requires strong attention to detail, client-focused advocacy, and excellent communication skills to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.QualificationsProficiency in Bankruptcy Law and a strong understanding of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13.Experience working with Debtors and providing client-focused legal guidanceExpertise in preparing and filing Motions, as well as representing clients during proceedingsExceptional legal research, analytical, and decision-making skillsJuris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school and active Bar membership in TexasAbility to work on-site and manage sensitive client information with discretion and professionalismExperience in bankruptcy litigation is a plus
