Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Working Job Site Superintendent to lead and manage a skilled crew for infrastructure and bulkhead work on a federal military base. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising crews, with hands-on expertise in operating heavy machinery, welding, and executing complex infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operations on the job site, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications. Lead a crew with a boots-on-the-ground approach, actively participating in tasks alongside your team. Coordinate work schedules, materials, and equipment to meet project deadlines. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with federal regulations on the military base. Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on project progress. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in crew management, with a strong background in operating heavy machinery, welding, and bulkhead infrastructure projects. Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license and have reliable transportation. Ability to provide a clean driving record from the DMV and a current police report. Must pass a drug test and background check. Availability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays (weather permitting).
