This is a rare opportunity to be part of a long-standing, reputable company with deep roots in the community.Responsibilities include:Receive and manage incoming service requests, including emergency calls, from customersSchedule service appointments for technicians based on availability, location, and skill setOptimize technician routes to minimize travel time and improve efficiencyConfirm appointments with customers, providing estimated service times and ensuring they are prepared for the visitNotify customers of any delays, changes to schedules, or issues affecting their serviceCommunicate with field technicians regarding the day's schedule, job details, and any special instructionsMonitor technician progress throughout the day to ensure jobs are completed on time & adjust schedules as neededAccurately record service call details, customer information, and technician dispatches in dispatch softwareMaintain organized records of completed jobs, including any follow-up work requiredEnsure all service tickets are properly documented, invoiced, and closedBenefits include:100% paid insurance premiums on medical, dental, and vision401k & Roth 401k plans with up to a 4% company match100% paid long-term disability insurancePaid life insurance plan1 Floating Holiday6 Paid HolidaysSick payVacation payPaid weeklyRequirements:2+ years dispatching experience or experience in an administrative role, preferably in a trades or construction environmentStrong attention to detailStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationExcellent customer services skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipmentFamiliarity with scheduling or field service software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jobber, or similar) a plus
