Multi-Site Apartment Manager

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearJob DescriptionPTLA Real Estate Group is looking for multi-site apartment property manager (Portfolio Manager) to oversee and manage a portfolio of properties comprised of approximately 500 apartment units across 50 buildings. To be successful, you must be a strong communicator with a creative and hard-working attitude. You must be able to connect with and manage a team of leasing and maintenance team members, while also managing communications with third-party clients.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesOversees the operations of the properties to maximize revenue growth and ensure community performanceDrives leasing performance and ensures all company benchmarks are metInteracts with owners of properties to provide excellent customer serviceManages a team to carry out resident services, leasing, and maintenance coordination activitiesDevelops strategies and executes action plans to align property goals with company goalsResponsible for active team participation in all company programs and initiativesExhibits Role Model behavior in customer service and professionalismOversees community administrative and reporting functions; partners with Accounting Department to ensure accurate financial reportingPrepares and presents annual budgets for larger propertiesAdheres to the letter and spirit of Fair Housing and Employment laws.
