In this role, the Account Supervisor will lead day-to-day client communications and oversee services, deliverables, and processes that help drive impactful branding and advertising work. This person will be a team player and liaison, working across all departments to accomplish clients’ marketing objectives with efficiency and client experience at the forefront. They will have exposure to senior-level clients, build strong, lasting client relationships, and support dynamic branding projects and campaigns.We are passionate about making brands mean more and we do that by changing the way people feel about their brand, we educate and elevate. We'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingServing as the lead day-to-day contact for clients and building trusting relationshipsConveying key milestones and progress updates to clients for all relevant projectsMaintaining thorough, sensitive, and accurate communications with the clientObtaining client feedback and approvals on deliverables, budgets, and timelines throughout project lifecycleEngaging in two-way communication with clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are being met while upholding agency standards and best practicesDeveloping strong relationships externally with client contacts and internally with fellow team membersSupporting internal teams to ensure understanding and alignment of client objectives, budget, and agreed-upon scopePartnering with strategy and creative teams to support brief development and advise on the output of clients’ branding, marketing, and creative initiativesPartnering with project management team to develop project schedules, achieve deadlines, ensure accuracy of deliverables, fulfill scope of work, and optimize internal processesWorking alongside senior team members to provide project support, account details, insight on client objectives, and strategic input as neededPossessing comprehensive understanding of internal processes related to client account management, creative development, and production, and be able to independently manage all aspects of process from kick-off to final deliveryAcquiring and demonstrating knowledge of clients’ businesses, high-level trends in clients’ industries, and other considerations that would impact the clients’ projectsEngaging with teams across Prosek (including communications, digital, media, and research) when necessary to provide insight on client work, Prophecy’s capabilities, and other information as neededManaging multiple accounts and projects across multiple brands at various stages of a project lifecycleSupporting the development of proposals, SOWs, RFP responses, and pitch presentationsDeveloping opportunities to expand current scope / account sizeWhat Makes You Qualified5-8 years of relevant account management experienceBachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferredExperience working at a creative agency in a client-facing roleDeep understanding of creative and production processesAbility to work in a growth-focused environmentAbility to read, write, and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and documentsAbility to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to clients, agency partners, and employees within the organizationAbility to work with pace and maintain multiple project schedulesAbility to navigate a collaborative team-oriented manner and work with internal and external stakeholders of all levelsCritical thinking skills and ability to add value to processes, projects, and other team membersStrong budget, time management, and prioritization skills across multiple projectsExtreme attention to detail and high standards for output4 P’s: Professional, Positive, Problem Solver, PersonalityTeam player mindset and willingness to work collaboratively alongside peersProficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google WorkspaceResourcefulness: knowing when to ask questions, and where to look for answersWhat are the perks?401(k) employer match: There is no time like the present to prepare for your future!Premium healthcare plans, including medical, dental and vision coverage: Your health comes first. An employee's salary is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is one component of Prosek's total compensation package for employees.
