HYBRID FRONT OFFICE & SURGICAL ASSISTANT

Job Description Description:About the Role We are looking for a skilled and versatile team member who can seamlessly move between the front office and the clinical floor. In the morning you may be checking patients in and managing the schedule, and in the afternoon you may be chairside assisting during a surgical procedure. If you are an RDA who loves variety, thrives in a fast-paced specialty environment, and enjoys connecting with patients, this is the role for you.What You Will DoFront OfficeGreet and check patients in and out with a warm, professional mannerManage and maintain the daily schedule to ensure smooth patient flowAnswer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional mannerCommunicate clearly with patients about appointments, pre-op and post-op instructions, and follow-up careCoordinate with the clinical team to ensure the schedule runs on timeClinical & Surgical AssistanceAssist the surgeon chairside during implant placements, All-on-X procedures, extractions, and other oral surgeriesPrepare operatories, instruments, and surgical trays prior to proceduresTake and process X-rays and CBCT images as neededEnsure proper sterilization and infection control protocols are followed at all timesMonitor and support patient comfort throughout proceduresDocument clinical notes and treatment details accuratelyCoordinate with the lab and surgical team on case preparation and schedulingWhat We Are Looking ForActive RDA license required2–3 years of experience as an RDA, with surgical assisting experience strongly preferredExperience in a specialty dental setting (implants, oral surgery, or full-arch cases) is a plusComfortable working in both a front office and clinical settingStrong scheduling and patient communication skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsCalm and professional under pressure in a surgical environmentTeam player who can adapt quickly and support wherever neededProficiency in dental practice management software preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour based on experiencePaid time off (PTO)Paid holidaysMonday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PMSupportive regional leadership teamOpportunity to grow within a multi-location dental organizationRequirements:
