Apply now to contribute to our legacy of success and innovation.Housekeeper, PRNAbout the Role:The Housekeeper cleans and sanitizes public spaces, common areas, and resident apartments to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role involves interacting with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner while ensuring adherence to all safety and cleaning protocols.Responsibilities:Floor Maintenance: Sweep, dust, damp mop, wet mop, strip, wax, and buff floors as needed. Set up and remove caution signs to ensure resident and visitor safety.Carpet Cleaning: Vacuum, shampoo, deodorize, and disinfect carpets.Surface Cleaning: Clean and disinfect surfaces by removing dirt, dust, grease, and residue using appropriate solutions.
