Executive Assistant
Job Summary
Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the top leadership of UniversalGiving on day-to-day tasks. These tasks may include research, transcribing voicemails, updating Excel spreadsheets and Powerpoints and updating the Salesforce database. This is a critical position assumed by someone who is organized, detail-oriented, well-versed in Excel and PowerPoint, and committed to confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
Update Salesforce contact databases
Research information on new areas of business
Voicemail transcriptions for blogs and emails
Inputting calendar entries into Google Calendar
Social media management
Creating and updating Google Workspace tools
With proven success & a positive attitude, take on special projects and new responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
- or equivalent training
Strong data entry Salesforce experience
Must have order and organization skills
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellence in Google Workspace tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Willingness to learn new technologies

Duration and Location
The position is available part-time (5-20 hours per week)
Minimum 6 months commitment
