Learn more at Our Commitment to Safety - Varsity.com.WORK TYPE: Full TimeLOCATION DETAILS: Onsite Monday through Friday- 108 Stanbury Industrial Drive, Brookfield, MO 64628WORK HOURS: Non-ExemptTravelTravel is primarily local and regional during the business day, although additional out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.How You Will Make An ImpactAccount Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of customer orders.What You Will DoManage all aspects of customer ordersRespond to inquiries from the Sales Team or other internal parties to aid in order fulfillment.Communicate and collaborate with other team members and departments to best serve the customerUnderstand order processing systems and delivery channelsServe as liaison for traveling sales representativesMaintain customer relations by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalismDemonstrate a desire for team success by keeping an eye open for process improvement.Be prepared to assist on special projects with other departments as needed.Continued cross training and education within our own department as well as other departments within the company.QualificationsWork ExperienceKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsPrior experience demonstrating success in a Customer Service oriented position.A strong attention to detailThe ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environmentA strong work ethic, professionalism, reliability and a positive dispositionMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Smart Sheets - working knowledge or willingness to learnSalesForce – working knowledge or willingness to learnEducation, Certification And ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED preferredCollege/University undergraduate degree preferred but not required.Experience in field sales and/or sales leadership in high school music/performing arts.Physical RequirementsThis job operates in 100% in-office environment at our Brookfield, MO location.
