As the first and last impression of our property, Front Desk Agents plays a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with Marriott brand standards.The ideal candidate has prior hotel front desk experience, strong communication skills, and full availability on weekends.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly mannerPerform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accuratelyProcess payments, post charges, and balance shift transactionsRespond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concernsHandle room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenanceMaintain knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and hotel amenitiesPromote Marriott Bonvoy enrollment and guest loyalty engagementFollow all Marriott brand standards and company policiesMaintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Required QualificationsMinimum 1 year of prior hotel front desk experience (required)Experience working with hotel property management systemsMust be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shiftsStrong customer service and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Preferred QualificationsExperience at a Marriott-branded propertyCash handling experienceMultilingual abilities are a plus Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay: $15-$18 per hourPaid time offMarriott employee travel discounts
