Executive Functioning (EF) Coach
*About the Position:*
Coach‑Mentors is seeking a part‑time (4–5 hours per week) *Therapeutic Coach‑Mentor/EF Coach* to support a young adult college student who is looking for a steady, skilled mentor to help her navigate her transition back to college and strengthen executive functioning skills, accountability, and healthy daily structure as she manages academic, work and social priorities. A key focus of this role is supporting follow‑through —building routines, reinforcing consistency, and ensuring practical steps translate into real‑world progress.
This position is hands‑on and relationship‑based, centered on helping her build confidence, stability, and the practical skills needed to thrive in everyday life.

Coach‑Mentors helps adolescents, young adults, and adults *translate therapeutic goals into real‑world success*. We provide structured, practical support that reinforces the work clients are doing in therapy or following discharge from treatment.
Our Coach‑Mentors offer *positive, therapeutically supportive mentoring*, helping clients build skills, routines, and confidence through consistent, real‑world practice. We meet clients *in their homes and communities* at times that work for them — daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Sessions take place in *natural, comfortable environments* such as the client’s home, a coffee shop, a park, or while engaging in a healthy, purposeful activity. Coach‑Mentors are *action‑oriented*, focusing on:
* Implementing therapeutic strategies
* Organizing daily life and priorities
* Building independent living skills
* Supporting healthy recreation and fitness
* Strengthening social engagement
* Assisting with job search and employment readiness

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
