This role provides expert oversight on investigations, forensic evaluations, repair design, and construction-phase services.What You’ll DoResponsible for regional business operationsLead building envelope investigations, evaluations, and failure analysesOversee technical reports, repair and renovation designs, and forensic findingsManage project scope, schedules, deliverables, and client relationshipsSupport complex litigation matters, expert testimony preparation, and advanced diagnosticsProvide mentorship, coaching, and leadership to engineering and technical staffDrive operational improvements and ensure consistency in quality and processesPerform site observations, field testing, and construction-phase verificationWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture Design, Engineering or related field (required)8-10+ years in building envelope consulting, roofing/waterproofing, façade systems, or forensic engineeringExperience with repair design, building envelope assessments, and failure investigationsStrong communication skills, technical judgment, and leadership abilitiesRelevant credentials (RRC, RWC, BECxP, thermography) are a plusBenefitsWe strive to offer an environment that provides our employees with the right balance between work and family.
