Lead Bartender
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in hospitality, takes pride in their craft, and can lead by example. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable running a busy bar while helping develop the rest of the team.
Schedule
Tuesday – Saturday
3:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Full-time position
Responsibilities
Oversee bar operations during service.
Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits with consistency and attention to detail.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
Train and support bartenders and bar staff.
Assist with inventory, ordering, and weekly bar organization.
Ensure all guests receive attentive, professional service.
Follow all Pennsylvania liquor laws and responsible alcohol service practices.
Work closely with management, servers, and the kitchen to keep service running smoothly.
Qualifications
At least three years of bartending experience.
Previous leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, whiskey, and premium spirits.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
