Palm Health Resources is hiring experienced Cardiac Surgery Advanced Practice Providers for Nocturnist positions in Beautiful South Dakota! Located in the northern Black Hills of South Dakota, surrounded by awe-inspiring nature and wildlife, one of many natural attractions around in Western South Dakota! This Cardiac Surgery role will work overnight shifts covering the inpatient cardiovascular surgery service with two experienced cardiothoracic and vascular trained surgeons. Under Physician supervision, the Physician Assistant and/or Nurse Practitioner may assume primary responsibility in their respective specialty area according to federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. Responsible for management of selected at risk or complex patients and aggregate patient populations in collaboration with physicians, nurses and other Healthcare team members. Must demonstrate the knowledge, critical thinking and skills to plan, coordinate and provide care on a continuing basis.
