The project will be delivered in two phases:Phase 1: Lift-and-shift migration with no loss of functionalityPhase 2: Enhancements and new workflow capabilitiesThe BA will document current vs. future state, support requirements gathering, and assist with SOW development for procurement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirements gathering for current and future stateProduce clear, complete Requirements Definition DocumentsDocument business processes and workflowsFacilitate meetings and capture decisionsSupport procurement by translating requirements into SOW contentDevelop standardized templates and documentation processesRequired Skills4+ yrs - COTS applications2+ yrs - SaaS platforms4+ yrs - Business analysis, SDLC, Agile8+ yrs - Requirements documentation8+ yrs - Business process mapping8+ yrs - Meeting facilitation & communicationStrong teamwork and documentation skillsHighly DesiredExperience migrating from COTS to low-code SaaSKnowledge of state procurement processesFamiliarity with regulatory/licensing environments
