Canvasser/Field Manager

Job Summary As a Canvassing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the canvassing team's activities to promote various campaigns, initiatives, or products. You will play a crucial role in leading the team to achieve set targets and objectives. Duties - Manage and lead a team of canvassers to ensure effective outreach efforts - Develop and implement canvassing strategies to meet campaign goals - Train new team members on canvassing techniques and best practices - Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to the team - Coordinate with campaign managers to align canvassing efforts with overall campaign objectives - Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and results Qualifications - Strong background in customer service, sales, and communication - Ability to effectively negotiate and persuade individuals - Experience in fundraising or electioneering is a plus - Bilingual proficiency is advantageous - Demonstrated supervisory skills in managing teams - Familiarity with telemarketing or market research techniques Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 20 per week Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Madison, WI 53703 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Madison, WI 53703: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
