Customer Service (Part-time)

Lucky Premium Treats is hiring a Part Time Customer Service Team Member! · Work Hours: 10 AM to 2 PM, 5 days a week. / On-site (Norcross) · Compensation: $13 to $15/hour. · Responsibilities: o Answer customer service emails and phone calls. o Keep a customer service log. o Manage wholesale/distributor customer files. o Enter orders from LPT customers into Shopify. o Input wholesale orders (Faire, WSP, Direct) into ShipStation for review. o Charge wholesale orders (training provided). o Assist with returns and refunds in coordination with the team (Wholesale, LPT, Amazon). o Provide shipping updates and tracking info for all orders. o Flag urgent LPT orders and route them for fulfillment. o Assist with Amazon support (returns, questions, etc.). o Follow directions and complete tasks as assigned · How to Apply: If you meet the requirements, apply in person Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM at: 1266 Oakbrook Dr, Norcross, GA 30093 Job Type: Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Work Location: In person
