Customer Service (Part-time)
Lucky Premium Treats is hiring a Part Time Customer Service Team Member!
· Work Hours: 10 AM to 2 PM, 5 days a week. / On-site (Norcross)
· Compensation: $13 to $15/hour.
· Responsibilities:
o Answer customer service emails and phone calls.
o Keep a customer service log.
o Manage wholesale/distributor customer files.
o Enter orders from LPT customers into Shopify.
o Input wholesale orders (Faire, WSP, Direct) into ShipStation for review.
o Charge wholesale orders (training provided).
o Assist with returns and refunds in coordination with the team (Wholesale, LPT, Amazon).
o Provide shipping updates and tracking info for all orders.
o Flag urgent LPT orders and route them for fulfillment.
o Assist with Amazon support (returns, questions, etc.).
o Follow directions and complete tasks as assigned
