Long-term relationships built on trust, transparency, and measurable results are central to how A.N.A operates.Role Description The Major General of Sales is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Saddle Brook, NJ, responsible for driving revenue growth across all service lines at A.N.A. This role oversees the sales strategy, builds and manages the sales pipeline, and leads a team to acquire and retain clients in target markets such as SMEs, startups, and individual professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting sales targets, analyzing performance metrics, conducting market and competitor research, and refining go-to-market plans for accounting, tax, audit, and advisory services. The Major General of Sales will actively participate in client meetings, networking events, and presentations, collaborating closely with partners and service teams to design tailored solutions and proposals. The role also involves coaching and developing sales staff, optimizing sales processes and CRM usage, and working with marketing to execute campaigns that generate qualified leads.Qualifications Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in professional services such as accounting, finance, consulting, or related fields.Strong skills in developing and executing sales strategies, setting targets, forecasting revenue, and managing a sales pipeline.Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, including consultative selling, needs assessment, and solution presentation.Experience with CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting to monitor performance and inform decision-making.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial and service concepts clearly to diverse clients.Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team, fostering a collaborative and performance-oriented culture.Strong business acumen, with an understanding of accounting, tax, audit, or business advisory services considered a significant plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certifications are advantageous.Comfort working on-site and engaging in frequent client-facing activities, networking, and local market development in Saddle Brook, NJ and surrounding areas.High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to client-focused, non-discriminatory
