Community & Content Associate (Internship)

Company ALTA curates intimate, high-quality gatherings for a carefully selected, international community of founders, operators, investors, and creative leaders.Built across London, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, and Brussels, ALTA brings together individuals shaping culture, business, and what comes next—through thoughtfully curated experiences designed for meaningful connection.Role This is not a traditional internship. It is a hands-on role at the core of a fast-growing international community.We are looking for someone highly organised, design-minded, and digitally fluent to help build and maintain the infrastructure behind ALTA.The role is part-time and remote, working closely with the founder.Key responsibilities include:Building and maintaining the ALTA Atlas (our internal and future-facing community platform)Managing and organising contact lists and member data with precision and discretionDesigning and updating the ALTA website on SquarespaceCreating and sending email marketing campaigns (newsletters, invitations, updates)Supporting light copywriting across website and communicationsEnsuring visual and editorial consistency across all touchpointsQualificationsAdvanced Squarespace skills are essentialStrong eye for design, composition, and detailExperience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Substack, etc.)Highly organised with the ability to manage and structure contact databasesClear, concise writing skillsProactive, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environmentBonus:Interest in community-building, events, or hospitalityExperience working with founders, startups, or creative brandsThis role is best suited to someone who is detail-oriented, design-conscious, and excited by building something from the ground up.
