The project manager has complete ownership of the project during the implementation phase. The project manager serves as the primary point of contact with the customer for the duration of the implementation phase. The implementation phase is defined as the period starting with project setup and continues through commissioning and submission of final documentation/sign-off.Essential FunctionsAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budgetDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniquesReport and escalate projects to management, as neededSuccessfully manage the relationship with the sales team, the client and all applicable stakeholdersEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsDelegation of project tasks to correct resourcesUltimate responsibility for quality control verification and enforcementPerforms routine inspections of work sites for quality, scope and standards compliance, and safetyCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationComplete project close-out documents and activitiesAll other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications5+ years of industry-related experienceProficient in Microsoft Products, including but not limited to Excel, Word, and OutlookFunctional and working knowledge of computersMust pass pre-employment background check and drug testKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of Division 27 and 28Ability to read and understand construction contractsEffective time management skillsEffective communication skills both verbal and in writing, good mathematical skillsStrong organizational skillsSelf-motivated and proactiveWinning attitudeAbility to multi-taskDetail orientedProfessional and polished in both appearance and speechPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
