Mechanical/Visual Inspector (Entry level)
*SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:*
Read and interpret blueprints, charts, and tables. Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
*MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*
\* Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments such as dial indicators, fixed gauges, height gauges, and other measuring devices.
\* Interpret Engineering instructions/requirements.
\* Operate (CMM) Coordinate Measuring Machine.
\* Report deviations from specifications and tolerances to supervisor.
\* Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports.

*EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:*
· Entry-level position for Mechanical Engineering student
· Applicant must be enrolled in an Engineering curriculum or have completed at least 2 years of studies in Mechanical and/or Industrial Engineering.
· Able to read and interpret GD&T
· Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, and highly organized.
· Apply engineering knowledge and quality principles to resolve technical problems.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
